Got the same spotless double room with all amenities booked online, enjoyed that. A coffeemaker and glassware were available too. The hotel was in an amazing location close enough to the airport w/o traffic, the subway and Seoul's Financial District. There was Sparky's Grill nearby, offering quick meals.

I had a wonderful 9-night stay at this luxury hotel, which was recently renovated, impeccably clean, and offered excellent club-level access, plus it was conveniently located near Terminal 2 at ICN.

Every thing was absolutely fine.

The room temperature has been fixed already and was not been able to reduce it. I have asked the staff to reduce it as the weather was hot but they couldn't do it and the sent me a fan instead of fixing the AC.

The difficulty finding out information like where the shopping was. I asked and was directed across the road, when in fact the easiest way through to the shopping arcades was through the hotel and down some stairs - so simple, once I knew where

The recently renovated twin room we stayed in had all the amenities we needed and the location was fantastic, with a fairly clean room.

It was surely a GREAT stay for business trip.

Rooms well designed and quite spacious . Staff excellant ! Good choice of restaraunts. Tipping is not allowed, and the staff will not accept a tip-very different to most places.

When we arrived after a long overnight flight we were told by the hotel that they had no reservation for us. We of course had a copy of our reservation with a conf. number from Booking dot com, so they eventually found us a room.This is the first time this has happened to us using Booked.net !
